Beth and Alan are the most amazing team of Realtors I've encountered. Beth spent a lot of time with my husband and me prior to listing our home for sale... walking us through the paperwork, visiting our home multiple times to assist with the staging/home preparation process, and discussing strategies for getting the best price for our home in the current market. We got an offer over list price in one day, and then things got crazy. Beth and Alan were both available to answer our questions in the weeks before closing, to give us ideas and resources for removing unwanted items and streamlining the packing process, to listen to our concerns, and to keep us calm during a very stressful out-of-state move. They outlined all of the home-selling steps in advance and reminded us of what to do next to stay on track for closing. I can't say enough good things about the Brockette Homes team. They are simply the best!
